Front & Side Glitter has dotted light across both the face and sidewalls. Side Glitter combines a smooth illuminated face with dotted light only around the sides. We can share close-up videos to help you compare.

Halo-lit letters have a solid, unlit face and a glow on the wall behind. Front & Back Lit letters also illuminate through the acrylic face. Front and rear light colours can be different.

We deliver signs internationally and provide installation instructions, guidance videos and video-call support when needed. We do not provide on-site installation outside Pakistan.

International orders with our shipping: 40% advance and 60% before dispatch. Customer-arranged shipping: 70% advance and 30% before dispatch. Pakistan installation and pickup/delivery have their own agreed payment stages.

We discuss your requirements before payment. Detailed custom design normally begins after quotation approval and the agreed advance. For 3D sign orders, custom design is included with the completed sign order. If you cancel, the base completed-design fee is PKR 20,000 for Pakistan orders or USD 100 for international orders; partial work is charged proportionately. Five rounds of consolidated revisions within the agreed brief are included. Extra design work and its cancellation value must be agreed before it begins. Flex, vinyl and other services have separately agreed design charges. A written fee waiver overrides the design cancellation fee. Any discretionary preliminary concept is free only where expressly offered as such.

Production takes 15 days after final design approval and advance payment. International transit is estimated at 15-20 working days after dispatch; customs, security checks and carrier disruptions may extend delivery.

International orders have a one-year warranty from delivery on LED modules and power supplies only, with faulty covered parts replaced and shipped free. Pakistan warranty depends on our installation service. Sign body, finish and marquee bulbs are not covered. Transit damage is handled separately.

For shipping arranged by us: confirmed transit loss or damage is covered by replacement and delivery at no extra cost. Report damage promptly with photos and retain packaging. Replacement timing is confirmed after assessment. Customer-arranged shipping is excluded from this transit service.

Our support continues after delivery. Contact our team with your order reference, a description of the issue and clear photos or other proof. We will review the issue with you and arrange the covered repair, replacement or parts support for your order.
